Several companies make fast mice that operate smoothly, letting you enjoy gaming. Look no further because a Razer gaming mouse has scored the highest in gaming performance. The best part is that Razer mice are affordable.
Razer's mouse series encompasses the Razer Naga Pro, Razer Viper Ultimate, Naga, Basilisk V3, Basilisk Ultimate Orochi V2, Mamba, Razer Viper 8KHZ, and Razer DeathAdder V2 products. With so many options, finding the best Razer mouse for you may seem impossible.
To help guide your gaming mouse journey, here's a list of the best Razer mice on the market.
Best Razer Gaming Mice
Razer and disappointment can never go together. Consumers will never be dissatisfied with its products. On the other hand, there have been top-rated products at tempting price ranges. Here are some of the most loved Razor mice:
Mamba Gaming Mouse (2018 Model)
Design
Like Razer's other mice, the Mamba Gaming Mouse (2018 Model) has a similar design. In addition, six of its ten buttons can be programmed: the two main mouse buttons (both of which use mechanical switches capable of 50 million clicks each), two side buttons, two buttons below the scroll wheel, and one in the scroll wheel itself. The mouse's contours are also slightly rounded, especially in comparison to the Razer Basilisk Ultimate line.

Color Theme
This gaming mouse has a black-and-gray color scheme. The Mamba Wireless mouse is designed for right-handed users. In contrast, the two-zone RGB light (the scroll wheel and the palm rest) adds a bit of pop to an otherwise neutral design. However, despite its RGB lighting supporting up to 16.8 million colors, all those colors appeared bright and clear to my eye.
Grip
Unlike other mice in Razer's series, the Mamba Wireless mouse has a spongy grip that immediately stands out among the rest. After playing a game for any length, the grip would feel a little gritty. However, that should not be a concern. It might be partly the result of sweaty hands.
Weight
If you don't count the cable, the mouse measures 4.95 x 2.75 x 1.7 inches and weighs approximately 3.74 ounces. So it's compact, more comprehensive, and taller than the Basilisk V2 (5.11 x 2.36 x 1.65 inches, 3.3 ounces), which is considered the best Razer mouse. Still, the Mamba Wireless felt generally smaller when used by some people with big hands.
Razer Mamba Elite Wired Gaming Mouse: 16,000 DPI Optical Sensor – Chroma RGB Lighting – 9 Programmable Buttons – Mechanical Switches
Design
Gaming mice with right-handed functionality, such as the Razer Mamba Elite, are excellent.
Despite having a sleek, black design similar to other Razer mice, it also features 20 customizable RGB zones that can be used with any gaming setup. This mouse is great for gamers because its low click latency and customizable CPI and polling rate make it a great choice.

Overall Performance
An overall great silent gaming mouse, the Razer Mamba Elite features an attractive design, RGB lights, and high performance. Gaming mice with FPS capabilities like the Razer Mamba Wireless are extremely efficient. This device is not too heavy when used without a cable, has low latency, and can be adjusted over a wide range of CPI. Those with small hands will have difficulty with a claw grip, but a palm grip it's suitable for everyone. The construction is high-quality and very comfortable.
Easy To Use
A sleek and ergonomic design, coupled with state-of-the-art side grips, makes it a pleasure to play for hours. To reduce palm and finger stress, Raser engineers designed this mouse to eliminate finger drag points completely. It's revolutionary.
Razer Naga Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse: Interchangeable Side Plate w/ 2, 6, 12 Button Configurations – Focus+ 20K DPI Optical Sensor – Fastest Gaming Mouse Switch – Chroma RGB Lighting
Gaming
Gaming with the Razer Naga Pro mouse is a great experience. This is the wireless version of the Razer Naga Trinity. Its aesthetics are a little different from the Razer Naga Trinity. Side panels can be quickly changed to fit two, six, or 12 buttons, and all buttons can be customized, including the scroll wheel's left/right and up/down inputs. The quality of this mouse is remarkable, and the virgin PFTE feet ensure a smooth glide. Due to its high CPI variation, the sensor has a very low click latency, but its performance can be inconsistent due to the high click latency. Small hands with any grip style may be too big, whereas medium and large hands should find it comfortable to use.

Comfortable To Use
Razer Naga Pro wireless mouse features a very ergonomic design with a right-hand grip. The tall back design allows it to be gripped with the palm, so most users should feel comfortable using it, except those with small hands. There is a nice, textured grip on the two- and six-button panels, but the 12-button panel doesn't.
Razer Naga Pro is very comfortable and appealing to right-handed users. The tall back of the handle makes it easy to grip with your palm. It is way too different than any regular mouse.
Wireless
Its wireless capabilities make the Razer Naga Pro extremely versatile. With its Bluetooth and proprietary receiver, you can pair it with almost anything. The receiver has a USB extender that lets you place it closer to your mouse for improved performance. The battery life of the Razer Bluetooth device is claimed to be 150 hours, and it is 100 hours with the receiver. There is less than 5% left on the battery when the scroll wheel blinks in red. On the underside of the Razer Mouse Dock, Razer has added proprietary wireless charging contacts. Also, with this mouse, you can quickly charge and discharge the device, as well as plug in the mouse's wireless dongle via the USB passthrough slot.
Software
With the Razer software, you can store five profiles in the Naga Pro's onboard memory, and you can have unlimited profiles. The settings can be customized per profile, giving you great flexibility. Furthermore, you can also link individual programs and games within each profile. If you assign the left click function to another button on the customize page, you can configure every button on your computer mouse.
This includes the profile button, connection switch, and left-click. The functions that can be assigned to these buttons include mouse and keyboard actions, Windows shortcuts, Razer device features, multimedia controls, website launches, program launches, and macros. MB Wireless also lets you set Hypershift buttons to change the binding of multiple buttons with the press of a single button.
Razer Viper Mini Ultralight Gaming Mouse: Fastest Gaming Switches – 8500 DPI Optical Sensor – Chroma RGB Underglow Lighting – 6 Programmable Buttons – Drag-Free Cord – Classic Black
Buttons
The Razer Viper Mini does not have additional side buttons on the mouse's left or right side, as other mice in the Viper lineup do. However, all mouse buttons, including the up/down scroll, can be reprogrammed on the plus side. There is a switch among the buttons of the mouse profiles switching, and the mouse gives you extra layers. Consider the Logitech G MX518 Legendary if you're looking for a G-Shift button that gives you a second layer of customization.

Colors
Although slightly smaller than the larger Razer Viper, the Razer Viper Mini still looks strikingly similar. This mouse has a sleek, all-black design, but in addition to having a small strip of RGB around the bottom rear, the Mini also comes with an RGB logo on the back. There is also a button to switch CPI below the mouse wheel. In case you're looking for a similarly shaped mouse with more customizable aesthetics, check out the Pwnage Ultra Custom Wireless Symm 2, which provides a variety of color and material options for palm and button covers.
Portability
As is familiar with most wired gaming mice, the Razer Viper Mini isn't the most portable model, so you'll want to keep it plugged into your computer. However, the cable may be cumbersome and make it difficult to use in small spaces, such as on a plane, despite being compact enough to fit into most large laptop cases.
Synapse Software
Razer's Synapse 3 software is used to customize the button mapping, RGB lighting, and sensor settings for the Razer Viper Mini. It also has onboard memory, which allows you to save your preferences without losing them when you switch computers. However, you cannot save information about RGB lighting effects on the onboard memory. In addition, you can't disable or modify the RGB lighting without installing and running the software.
Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse: Bluetooth & Wireless Compatible, 16K DPI Optical Sensor, 6 Programmable Buttons, 450 Hr Battery, Classic Black
Wireless Connection
Despite wireless connections for gaming mice still being a concern for many gamers, they have come a long way when gaming at upwards of 100 frames per second, the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed's 2.4GHz wireless offers no noticeable latency. Whenever the mouse clicks and moves, it comes out of sleep mode, so you are less likely to shoot an NPC in the face after a long conversation.

Battery Life
All that gameplay doesn't sound like an issue for the battery. A single AA battery can allow the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed to run for up to 285 hours when connected to HyperSpeed Wireless and 450 hours when connected to Bluetooth (LE). Furthermore, it was proven that the battery didn't drain away less than a few percentages when tested. So far, the battery life of the Razer Basilisk mouse has been the best as per many users.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Using the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed isn't all about gaming. Thanks to the USB and Bluetooth connection, you can use this mouse wherever you are. With Bluetooth, you can pair it with your laptop for a bit of work. While tracking smoothness is reduced, it's convenient that you can leave the USB dongle connected to your gaming PC at home and yet be able to use the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed wherever you are.
Customization
Without the AA batteries, this mouse would be 130mm x 60mm x 42mm, which would weigh over 100g. So instead, a small USB dongle and battery are hidden inside the palm rest when the palm rest is removed. Unfortunately, Razer didn't include custom weights, which is a downside, as customizing the weights would be fun.
The software, Razer Synapse, allows you to customize the DPI settings and buttons. However, it was simplest to just leave the bindings at their defaults, given the limited number of buttons.
Razer DeathAdder V2 Gaming Mouse: 20K DPI Optical Sensor – Fastest Gaming Mouse Switch – Chroma RGB Lighting – 8 Programmable Buttons – Rubberized Side Grips – Classic Black
Wireless Connection
Defending your FPS position will be easy with the Razer DeathAdder V2. A lot of the features are similar to those of the Razer DeathAdder Elite, except the cable is much better, the feet are improved, and the profile switch button is present. Additionally, Synapse 3 software is not compatible with Mac OS, so you can save your customization settings to the mouse. This is great if you plan to use the mouse on a Mac. Despite its wide and configurable CPI range, this mouse has extremely low click latency. With its palm grip design, it should be suitable for any hand size, but small hands probably won't find it comfortable to use with claws or fingers.

Weight & Portability
In comparison to the first generation, this mouse is considerably lighter. Except for bungee cords, there is no weight optimization. ROCCAT Burst Pro has honeycomb-patterned holes, making it a lighter and smaller mouse. Razer DeathAdder V2 Mini and ROCCAT DeathAdder V2 Mini are great choices.
Since this mouse is wired and bulky, it's not the most portable, but since it's mostly designed to work with gaming setups at home, you probably won't have any trouble using it. A better option for portability is the Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro, which is the same mouse except it is wireless, so no cables are required.
Buttons & Clicks
There's no denying the quality of the Razer DeathAdder V2's buttons. Razer claims that the L/R click buttons rely on optical switches. However, it has not yet been tested for this. There is also a Hypershift button on the mouse to add another layer of customization, and every button on this mouse is programmable, including the profile switch on the underside. You can check out the Razer DeathAdder Essential if you want a cheaper option without buttons beneath its scroll wheel.
Despite its low click latency, this mouse is highly responsive. As a result, all games in all genres benefit from its excellent responsiveness and consistency. Despite lacking a horizontal wheel or L/R tilt buttons, the Razer DeathAdder V2 mouse wheel is decent. However, this mouse has somewhat clicky increments, and its notch pattern is different than the Razer DeathAdder Elite.
Final Verdict
Although they do not make gaming monitors, their gaming mice are viewed as high-quality and well-built devices that suit a variety of game genres. Additionally, the mice come with a lot of customization options. Several mice of the company have been tested and loved by millions of gamers around the world.
Regarding PC gaming, it's a toss-up between a controller and a keyboard and mouse. A keyboard and mouse take the crown for many, but it really depends on the type of games you play. For example, a controller can't provide speed and accuracy in first-person shooters, and even if you prefer a controller, it's always great to have an excellent gaming mouse as a backup if stick drift starts to set in.
A gaming mouse can vary greatly depending on its quality, features, and ergonomics. For example, MOBA players will need a different mouse from CS: GO players who might want to use a lightweight mouse. Furthermore, there are many more wireless options today, and if you're only interested in living without wires. Companies like Logitech G Pro Wireless, Razer, and Glorious are competing with each other to offer the best gaming mouse for gamers. Hence, the Razer gaming mouse is a top choice when it comes to quality and satisfaction. It is easy to use and will be worth the investment.
